Dallmayr Stand | SIRHA Budapest | hungexpo | 2026

At Budapest's SIRHA international food industry and HoReCa trade show, Dallmayr — celebrating 35 years of presence in Hungary this year — presented its coffee portfolio with a dedicated stand. TorTer carried out the island stand production of an 8×8 meter (64 m²) stand for the brand, with a suspended acrylic crown hanging from the fascia as its defining visual design element.

One of the stand's key features was a system of display windows showcasing Dallmayr's different coffee brands. The illuminated frames were fitted with tensioned fabric panels, with floating shelves attached to them — achieved through a securely mounted, neatly cladded octanorm structure that kept the visual appearance clean.

The stand's functional core consisted of two coffee counters manufactured by TorTer, supplying several coffee machines simultaneously. The counters also housed a refrigerator and a dishwasher, allowing visitors to see the entire service process in real operation on-site.

At SIRHA, alongside its products, Dallmayr also showcased how the coffee side of hospitality continues to evolve toward digitalization: remotely monitored machines, standardizable quality control, and data-driven operations, complemented by a commitment to sustainability (green-energy roasting, recycled packaging materials).

This project clearly demonstrates that TorTer is capable of delivering the trade show presence of an international, decades-old brand in a fully integrated way — from visual design through production to complete execution.
